Putting Together Your Trousseau

Indian tradition has it that the mother should pack her daughter’s trousseau in a large wooden chest. Then it was customary for the ladies of the house to come together and stitch the bridal dress. Today we have shops like Pagli, Paaneri, Sheetal Design Studio that take care of the clothes and Thribhovandas Bhimji Jhaveri, Sia Art Jewellery, Tanishq, Popley and Sons who are leading names in jewellery.
